PickBattle — Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: first name, last name, phone number, username and a password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Content you create: photos you upload, questions, votes, duels and follows.
• Push token: if you enable notifications, your device push token.
• Technical data: IP address is processed transiently (in salted, non-reversible form) for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.

How we use it

Only to run PickBattle: showing your posts and votes to other users, matching duels, sending the notifications you opted into, and keeping the platform safe. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties.

Where it lives

Data is stored on our own server. Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time from Profile → Settings → "delete my account" inside the app. Deletion can be undone for 7 days; after that your account and content are permanently purged.

User content & moderation

PickBattle hosts user-generated content. You can report any post or user and block users in the app. Content reported by multiple users is hidden automatically pending review. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and may remove content or ban accounts that violate our Terms of Use.

Children

PickBattle is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 to create an account.
